Introducing the U.S. to a better way of getting work done.
When Slack decided to start doing some advertising, they asked us to communicate the factual benefits that current Slack users are experiencing. We started by approaching it from a more human angle — focusing on the joy that comes from simpler, more efficient communication at work..

Campaign
Second Harvest Food Bank.
Hunger is a bully, and doesn't care if you are rich, poor, young, or old. We created an integrated campaign for Second Harvest Food Bank's year-end hunger drive that got people thinking about what it really meant to be bullied by hunger.
Our campaign increased donations to help hungry families by 70 percent.
Campaign & Content
National Guard, Best Warrior.
Fourteen elite National Guard Soldiers entered a punishing five-day competition to see who was the best of the best. We developed an integrated campaign with everything from a microsite with daily real-time content, mini-documentaries for social engagement, and even a Facebook app that lets you see "What kind of Warrior are You." The actual coverage of the event produced 30+ online content films, a documentary, and thousands of uploads and was almost as grueling as the competition.
Our campaign was runner-up for an Effie.
Just for funzies
The Creative Hustle.
Once upon a time, I used to design and illustrate show posters for fun. I found a local kid named Colby Landis, taught him how to screen print, and rented a space in an olde abandon retirement home. Voilà, The Creative Hustle was born out of the love for music, art, and limited edition screen printed posters.
Promotional
Whisper Creek.
Whisper Creek is a small batch, charcoal-mellowed, cream liqueur from Tennessee. To get the word out about this uniquely southern hand-crafted sipping cream (try it on the rocks, it doesn't disappoint), we designed and built 100 promotional pieces in the form of a shipping crate. It came with a mini pry bar and a copy of the Whisper Creek Sipping Times newspaper. Think of it as a physical copy of the Onion circa 1920.
