New York NY (Day 1)
Posted on January 19, 2008
I decided to make a little trip up to New York this weekend to meet up with some friends from California that where meeting some other friends that live in New York (all old church kids from back in the day and MR. O too). NY is a real interesting place, there is so much art, good food and the people are like ants all walking in different directions. It really makes you feel small in a way. I flew in Thursday night and spent most of the night eating and catching up over a pitcher of beer. The next day we set out to take in as much as we could…

tax dollars hard at work… not even block from the house and already interesting.

we took a little subway ride to the natural History museum.

the natural history museum had a sweet dinosaur exhibit.

after the museum we went to central park and walked around for a while, the park is huge and there is a tribute to John Lennon there.

we then went to a swanky Thai food restaurant called SEA.
after a long day of walking we decided to head back to the house and just hang out watch a movie, it was a really long day. Good but long… I love NY.
