I realized today why I don’t like to fly and why I do like to fly.

First why I don’t like it; Stuffy, stale air, bad snack food, no in-flight movie, paying twelve dollars for a sandwich at the second rate starbucks in the ariport and for some reason I always end up with a plane full of crying babies. No joke, we had a layover in Arizona and they must have had a toddler convention or something cause about eight babies got on the plane.

Now for the reasons I like to fly; Meeting new people, drawing random sketches of people on planes,  my new camera and knowing that at the end of the flight there is a lot of new adventures to be had.

With all that said, I’m excited to be in Nashville and it will be a good week hanging at the Luck house and seeing old friends. Tomorrow I think I will start the day by going to Fido (a awesome coffee shop in downtown Nashville).

I’ve been sick the last week and so when Friday rolled around and it was quite a refresher from laying around the house being sick. I spent the day teching for my good friend Ethan, he plays in a band called Demon Hunter (awesome metal band). They played at Cornerstone west in Irvine. This was there only US show for the rest of the year, they did a great set and it was a lot of fun sitting side stage tuning his guitar… I actually didn’t have to tune his guitar once cause he is that good at playing that he never goes out of tune.

The rest of the weekend was spent resting and trying to get over my sickness, Tuesday I Leave for Nashville for a week and I am really excited about it.
